Step 1: Create Your Discord Bot
You'll need a bot token from the Discord Developer Portal.
- 1Go to discord.com/developers/applications
- 2Click "New Application" and name it
- 3Go to the "Bot" section in the sidebar
- 4Click "Reset Token" and copy the bot token
- 5Under "Privileged Gateway Intents", enable Message Content Intent
- 6Go to OAuth2 → URL Generator → select "bot" scope
- 7Select permissions: Send Messages, Read Message History
- 8Copy the generated URL and open it to add the bot to your server
